Theresa wins Rose Award

Theresa Taylor was recognized recently as the recipient of the 2005 Rose Award by the National Auctioneer's Association (NAA).

The NAA runs the Certified Auction Institute. Each year since 1986, the Certified Auction Institute requires students to complete an auction summary report. They recognize the person who submitted the best auction summary report with an award. The award is now called the Rose Award in honor of the late auctioneer David Rose of Toledo, Ohio.

Designed for leaders in the industry, the CAI is an executive development program focused on developing the skills and providing the tools necessary to run a top-notch auction firm.

The CAI designation is the most prestigious designation awarded in the auction industry. Designation holders have the knowledge and skill necessary to provide high-quality services to all types of clients.

Once the CAI designation is earned, the auctioneer must then maintain the designation with 24 hours of continuing education every three years.
