Cornwall Area Auctioneer Earns Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate Designation

March 8, 2008 � The fastest growing segment of the auction industry with over $58 billion in sales in 2007, more and more consumers are turning to Auctioneers and auctions to buy and sell real estate. The most valuable asset an individual will own in their lifetime, it is important that consumers entrust their valued profession with an experienced Auctioneer.

Theresa Taylor, a South Lancaster auctioneer recently received her designation as a Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) from the National Auctioneers Association�s Education Institute. The AARE program provided Theresa with the expert training necessary to effectively market residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial real estate. AARE courses cover topics such as property transfer, financial analysis and legal issues involving the sale of real estate by the auction method. The program also provided Theresa with training in evaluating property, preparing important financial documents, and preparing the property for auction. Less than 1% of auctioneers throughout North america hold the AARE designation.
